Connective is honoured to have purchased 92 units of affordable housing in Burnaby through Build Canada Homes.
Individuals who are interested in living in a Connective affordable housing building can email rentals@connective.ca to join the waitlist. New residents will need to complete a Housing Income Testing Form to ensure eligibility under BC Housing Housing Income Limits (HILs).
The Standard
The Standard is a 92-unit apartment building with 16 studio units, 53 one-bedroom units, 17 two-bedroom units, and 6 three-bedroom units. This building provides affordable housing to low to moderate income families. The Standard has shared, card-operated laundry facilities, on-site parking available for $200/month, an elevator, and is close to transit. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit.
