About Complex Care Housing
Complex Care Housing is a 20-bed housing program in Kelowna that provides adults with stable housing alongside enhanced health, social, and daily living supports. Delivered in partnership with Interior Health, the program offers a safe, supportive environment where people can access the care they need while working toward greater stability and their own goals.
With 24/7 onsite staffing and individualized, person-centred support, the program serves adults navigating mental health, substance use, and other complex challenges. Support is tailored to each person’s needs and may include assistance with daily living, connecting to health services, building life skills, and strengthening overall well-being.
Residents have access to:
- Private housing in a supportive environment
- 24/7 onsite staffing
- Individualized health and social supports
- Life skills development and daily living supports
- Nursing and other health-care services through Interior Health
- Connections to community, cultural, and peer supports
- Harm reduction and recovery-oriented supports
- Individualized care planning and goal setting
