We are proud to announce that as of October 2025, Connective, Connective Kamloops, and Connective Nanaimo have merged into one unified organization; an important step that strengthens our ability to deliver services across communities in BC and the Yukon.
This multiyear process is a step toward long-term sustainability and a strategic opportunity to collaborate with government and partners to drive innovation in the nonprofit sector. As community needs grow more complex, resources must stretch further and in new ways. Mergers like this help nonprofits build capacity, improve efficiency, and ensure every dollar invested in programs has the greatest possible impact.
Together, we are a stronger, more connected organization, employing over 1200 people, and operating more than 100 programs across 29 cities in BC and the Yukon to create safe, healthy, and inclusive communities for all.
