Leadership Gathering Report 2026

Connective is excited to share the release of our 2026 Leadership Gathering Report!

This year’s Gathering brought together leaders from across BC’s justice, health, housing, and social sectors, along with Indigenous voices and those with lived experience, to engage in candid, cross-sector conversations. The theme, “Building Housing Solutions for People Facing Complex Needs,” explored housing’s vital role in strengthening systems and stages of care.

Over two days of panels, group discussions, and case studies, participants collaborated to identify real, actionable solutions. The resulting recommendations aim to bridge longstanding gaps, strengthen collaboration, and ultimately improve outcomes for the individuals and communities we serve.
