About 1550 Victoria St Supportive Housing

We’re honoured to share that Connective was selected to operate this 96-unit supportive housing development, located at 1550 Victoria Street in Prince George. The program will provide housing and wraparound supports for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

The first phase of the program (early 2024) will see the main 60-unit building become operational, with another 36 units in a secondary building coming online in phase 2 (TBD). Referrals to the program will be managed in collaboration with BC Housing and the Coordinated Access Process.

Connective staff will be on site 24/7 to provide support services, such as meal programs, life and employment skills training, homecare services, harm reduction services, and cultural supports. We’re committed to using innovative and flexible approaches to help residents develop the tools to meet their self-identified goals and maintain housing long-term.

We are grateful for the opportunity to expand our services in the community  through the operation of this new supportive housing development – now our second in Prince George. Over the coming months we will continue to work to identify additional supports and partnerships to support residents, with more details available closer to the program start date.

We are excited to work with neighbours and our wider community to ensure the program has a positive impact on residents, and the neighbourhood.
