About Dawson Creek Supportive Housing

Dawson Creek Supportive Housing (formerly known as My Home Place) provides safe, secure housing and wraparound supports to people at risk of or experiencing homelessness in Dawson Creek. The 32-unit program offers 24/7 support services that are tailored to the self-identified needs and goals of each resident.

Residents are provided with two meals a day, and have access to case planning and community resources. The program also has an on-site Indigenous liaison who provides culturally appropriate services and support.

The goal of the program is to provide housing along with the necessary supports and connections to services that will enable residents to maintain it long-term. People who live at Dawson Creek Supportive Housing may choose to stay permanently, or they may later decide to move into more independent housing.
