Connective is proud to support communities across the Interior Okanagan. Through a coordinated range of programs and services, we partner with communities, agencies, and systems to deliver integrated supports that respond to local needs.

Our work in this region spans housing, justice, outreach, and community based supports, meeting people where they are and helping build long term stability.

In October 2025, Connective, Connective Kamloops, and Connective Nanaimo merged into one unified organization, marking the completion of a multiyear process. The merger is a step toward long-term sustainability and a strategic opportunity to collaborate with government and partners to drive innovation in the nonprofit sector.

As community needs grow more complex, resources must stretch further and in new ways. Mergers like this help nonprofits build capacity, improve efficiency, and ensure every dollar invested in programs has the greatest possible impact.

Outreach and Community Inclusion

Our outreach teams build relationships and connect people to essential resources in their community. We support individuals to increase independence, reduce isolation, and access services that improve quality of life.
