About Outreach and Community Inclusion
Our Outreach and Community Inclusion programs help individuals access services and build community connections, while supporting them to develop life skills.
Staff work one-on-one with service users to encourage them to identify, work toward, and achieve their goals so they can build greater independence and more active community engagement.
Community-based outreach supports may include:
- Employment
- Housing
- Building healthy relationships
- Social/recreational opportunities.
