About Fort St. John Affordable Housing

Connective is honoured to have purchased two affordable housing properties in Fort St. John through the Rental Protection Fund. The Rental Protection Fund is a BC government initiative that provides nonprofits with funding to purchase and manage rental buildings that would have otherwise been sold to the private market. In exchange, non-profits agree to preserve and maintain rents at affordable rates.
