Senior Residence Worker
FT – Vancouver
This position will assist the supervisor in providing work direction, and guidance to residence workers, while ensuring that service users’ physical, emotional, social, educational, and medical needs are met.
Outreach Worker
PT – Vancouver
This position will provide outreach support to service users referred to Connective and help individuals access services, develop life skills and build community connections.
Maintenance and Administrative Coordinator
FT – Vancouver
The Coordinator will assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment in and around the property or properties within their region. This may include performing a variety of interior and exterior maintenance duties.

Residence Support Worker
Our Residence Support Workers help service users reach their goals and achieve greater independence, while ensuring a safe, healthy, and inclusive environment. Outreach Worker
Outreach Workers at Connective support service users in a community setting to help them access services, gain connections, and develop life skills. Community-based outreach supports may include employment, housing, building healthy relationships and pursuing social/recreational opportunities. Learn about the diverse responsibilities of Outreach Workers and the way they use person-centered approaches to help people meet their needs and goals.
