We encourage applicants who identify as having Indigenous ancestry to apply for positions within our organization. In the Yukon, we have developed an Indigenous Equity Hiring commitment to support more inclusive recruitment efforts. While this currently applies to our Yukon operations, we are actively working towards expanding it organization-wide.
